In 1986 Mr. V.K. Raheja started the business of sale/purchase/renting of commercial/ industrial/agricultural land in the name of  ABC  Agencies.

Nine years into the business in 1995 Mr. Vineet Raheja, Mr. Pankaj Raheja and Mr. Munish Raheja joined the company and started to expand the business by being an authorized agent of DLF CITY- GURGAON, and since then the company has shown a tremendous growth.

To meet the growing demands of business and to focus on market segments in particular, ABC Agencies started 4 subsidiaries namely- Raheja Associates, Pankaj Estate, Raheja Allied Management and Raheja and Raheja realtor.

Later in 2004 the entire businesses of ABC Agencies and its 4 subsidiaries was consolidated as Raheja Properties Consultants(P) LTD..

To further strengthen the business Mr. Saurabh Raheja joined the company in 2006 to oversee the commercial deals like shopping complexes, malls, office complexes, international customer etc..
